My vet is doing HA injections. How does your product affect them?
HA injections replenish the synovial fluids, but doesn't do anything with the ligaments, tendons, or cartilage. Kinetic Technologies has a patented process for the production of Oral HA, similar logic to Nutramax's patent for processing low-molecular weight Chondroitin Sulphate. Kinetic's HA claims that their HA is 90% smaller (molecularly) than anyone else's oral HA. Specifically, Kinetics is a maximum 250,000 daltons, versus every one else's oral HA, which is about 2,500,000 daltons minimum. However, you must understand that anything above 50,000 daltons can NOT make it into the blood stream, and anything above 25,000 daltons can't be used or absorbed by the joint tissue.
